How It Works.

Push-Pull Analytics connects to each client’s Amazon account through Amazon’s official Selling Partner API (SP-API). When a client engages PushPull to manage their Amazon presence, they authorise our application to access their account data – in the same way they would grant access to any Amazon-approved service provider.

We use this authorised access to pull sales reports, advertising performance data, inventory levels, and catalogue information directly from Amazon. This data powers the dashboards and reports we provide to each client as part of our managed service.

Data Privacy & Security.

  • Each client’s data is stored securely and separately – we never combine or share data between clients
  • We access only the data necessary to provide our managed services
  • All data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption
  • When a client relationship ends, their Amazon data is deleted within 30 days
  • We comply fully with Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy
