AMAZON SELLING PARTNER API DATA

Where Push-Pull Associates Limited manages Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts on behalf of clients as part of our agency services, we may access account data through Amazon’s Selling Partner API (SP-API).

Data collected: Sales and performance reports, advertising campaign data, inventory levels, and catalogue information, as authorised by each client through Amazon’s official OAuth consent process.

Purpose: Data is used exclusively to deliver the managed services agreed with each client, such as performance reporting, advertising management, and catalogue optimisation. We do not use one client’s data to inform or benefit the management of another client’s account.

Storage and security: Amazon account data is stored in a secure, access-controlled environment with logical separation per client. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Third-party sharing: We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose Amazon account data to any third party.

Retention and deletion: Amazon account data is retained for the duration of the client relationship. Upon termination of the management agreement, all Amazon account data is deleted within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Compliance: Our access to and use of Amazon Selling Partner API data is governed by Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.
